Transmission Yoga ™
Set up as a four week program, clients fill out a detailed and confidential questionnaire consultation. Based on the specific information and feedback, we create a personalized program that best meets the individual’s needs. This tailored program is designed and focused primarily around a tool that Sanieh’s primary teacher, Shiva Rea, taught her  as “Transmission Namaskars”; or creative yoga flows designed to transmit, invoke and draw forth the energy desired in our daily lives. Having knowledge and an understanding of how the body works hand in hand with both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, we design movement that has direct effect on the nervous system; thus having an effect on our state of being,  peace of mind, and emotional well being.

For each programs, Sanieh uniquely creates a yoga flow that includes accompanying mantras, mind-clearing, meditative, and visualization techniques to engage the physical body and the emotional self.  Our ability to design a program that best suites one’s ailment is right in line with the holistic and ayurvedic approach in addition to the scientific body-mind connection. With weekly check-ins and unlimited email communication access, we will send an updated program with any necessary modifications, adjustments, and/or more deepening practice each week. This program also includes two 30-min phone phone call sessions for any mentoring you may need or desire.

Online benefits:
Because some of these programs are offered via email, so long as you can get to a computer, you have access to us! In this way, there is not a demographic disadvantage. Depending on where you are located, you may or may not be near a yoga studio with qualified teachers and if you are, you may or may not wish to participate in larger classes that most often cannot serve individual needs. Because we offer continued support and communication with our clients, we are always able to make any adjustments necessary and recommend continued program options. At the click of your mouse pad, you can make comments or ask questions any time in the middle of your work day and get immediate response. All of this at a very cost affective price as we serve to be your virtual private lesson teacher.

Sanieh Yoga offerings on Location: 

  • Corporate Yoga: With an emphasis specializing in a corporate setting, this offering is designed to promote a team-building collective increasing productivity and energy levels, lesson bodily tension created by the demands of working on computers and day to day job related stresses, as well as bringing clarity to the mind and the entire well-being of the body during the working day. Trained in creating wellness programs based on the need, Sanieh offers an initial assessment and makes necessary adjustments to her program as needed. Resulting in less absenteeism and higher levels of happiness and job satisfaction, Sanieh Yoga conveniently brings yoga to your workplace once, twice, or three times weekly to best suit the needs of your company and employees.  

  • Workshops and Retreats: Sanieh regularly teaches workshops and is available for guest teaching worldwide.   • Private and Semi Private Lessons: One to one (up to as many as 4 people) time with personalized enhancements and assists to allow the student(s) to deepen and strengthen in specific areas of interests.
     

  • Audio Online Classes: COMING SOON in Shop! Online classes in the comfort of your own home with different focuses to choose from. Always offering kramas, or stages of evolution, these classes are designed for both newer practitioners as well as more intermediate and advanced students.
