Saniehyoga.com was designed as a labor of love to embrace the already existing yoga community, reach out to those searching, and encourage the spread of “living yoga” everywhere worldwide without demographic challenges. Its life was envisioned and came to form and fruition out of the undying love, practice, passion and teachings that found their place into Creator and Creative Director, Sanieh’s heart. First truly discovering and becoming a committed student of the ancient discipline while living on the healing Big Island of Hawaii, Sanieh began to feel the evolutionary shift of yoga manifesting itself into her sva-dharma, destiny or life path, and took the step of reaching out and adding to the quality of other’s lives through the teachings she's been able to incorporate into her personal practice both on and off the mat.

Sanieh,
Thank you so much for the wonderful workshop. Each day
the workshop gets better and better. I have spent nearly every Saturday for the last
eight years cycling with my friends between 50-80 miles. You were exactly what I needed for  of my Saturday! It was as if the universe heard my plea for help. Thank you, thank you! It
helped more than you know. It was truly was a wonderful experience! I look forward to seeing you the next time you are
in Nashville, TN.

Sanieh,
This is Tracy from your Saturday Yoga Yoga class. Just wanted to
let you know that I always really appreciate your classes! No matter what
had happened during the week in my yoga practice, attending your class on
the weekend always humbles me and brings me back down to earth!! I'm
 always inspired by your teaching!

Sanieh,
Thank you so much for visiting us in Nashville, your workshop was kickass!
I've had so many of my students express how lovely they thought you were and how
much you impacted their practice. I feel the same way. I teach a lot and sometimes
feel like I lost my spark and now I feel "sparky" again. Also thanks for being a
kind spirit.Anyways, it was awesome. Blessings and Peace

Hi Sanieh-
I wanted to thank you, again for the wonderful backbends/ heart opening workshop. I
reached the "comfortable challenge" very early on in the workshop, but I feel so
much better for it. It is fabulous to see what you have accomplished since I saw you last! Congratulations on the liberation you have achieved !

Hi Sanieh,
I wanted to thank you very much for Wednesday's class.  I wasn't quite sure I was going to make it though class...it was challenging and at the same time fantastic!  Some how I did make it and all day long I have had an amazing amount of energy running through me.  It's invigorating! Thank you also for being you.  You have a presence that lifts me up, especially on days when I need it most.  I'm so fortunate to be able to come to my mat and have you lead me through class. Thank you, thank you!

best,

Hi Sanieh, so glad to reconnect with you and receive
the gift of your teaching this past weekend. Even
though I was only able to attend 2 of the sessions, I
felt like I absorbed so much great knowledge and was
really able to drop in to hear what you had to say.
Thank you, and hopefully our paths will come together
again.
peace&love,
