Sanieh transmits a unique understanding of teaching a very fluid yet strong, sensual and organic “full-bodied” yoga. Her practice inspires creative sequencing of classes with a fresh execution that relies on 100% prana inspired movement creating space physically and mentally. All classes cater to ongoing practitioners, newer students and athletes alike. With over 1,000 actual “Teacher Training” hours and over 4,500 actualteaching hours, yoga has taken Sanieh world wide to teach, practice, and study. While her initiation into yoga began with her very first teacher, Cori Martinez, whose wisdom and guidance remains a constant source, the last 8 years have been spent mostly with notable Transformational Prana Flow Yoga creator, Shiva Rea, with whom Sanieh has traveled throughout the United States and India to assist in teacher trainings and retreats.

Sanieh has worked with ballet dancers, MMA fighters, fire fighters, cross-fitters, NFL players, and Olympic track runners. Her clients range from house wives to a number of celebrities and Academy Award winning actors, corporate businesses to children. Her “multi-disciplinary approach to life and fitness” as one student stated, includes being a crossfitter, (and is cross fit gymnastic certified), a triathlete and has spent a lot of time studying in the U.S. and in Kerala, India a traditional martial arts form called kalaripayattu; originating in Kerala, India.Creator ofYoga for the CrossFitter, a designed yoga based on her teaching expertise combined with an understanding of what a crossfitter needs performance wise and with regard to injury prevention. Being a CrossFitter herself, her understanding, balance and actualization of combining both yoga and CrossFit has led Sanieh to work with several of the local affiliates with documented success on both a group & individual/private lesson level. Sanieh is a Vipassana meditator, musician and writer and was named one of “Austin’s Top 10 Fittest People” by Austin Fit Magazinerepresenting full spectrum wellness and fitness in body mind and spirit quoted as saying,

                  “I view my body as the vehicle that challenges chaotic and irrational mind stuff. Through movement, hard work and sweat, I use my body to break through the barriers of my ‘thinker’; what I’ve told myself is or isn’t possible. Repeatedly, I’ve learned that the body just follows the mind; the self-talk. Through a lot of discipline and ongoing practice, my self-talk has changed for the better and time and again, I’ve been brought into clarity as a result. My fitness is about dissolving the preconceived limitations of what I’ve told myself (or been told) I can do within my life. “
